How to maintain Lithium Battery Desiccant Dehumidifier With Low Reactivation Temperature

Categories:Industry News Date:2023 07 03 11:10
Maintaining a lithium battery desiccant dehumidifier with low reactivation temperature involves regular cleaning and reactivating the desiccant to ensure its optimal performance. Here are some steps to help you maintain your lithium battery desiccant dehumidifier:
Disconnect the power: Before performing any maintenance tasks, make sure to disconnect the power supply to the dehumidifier to avoid any electrical accidents.
Remove and clean the desiccant: Locate the desiccant cartridge or tray within the dehumidifier. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to remove it safely. Once removed, inspect the desiccant for any visible dirt, debris, or discoloration.
Clean the desiccant: If the desiccant appears dirty or clogged, gently clean it using a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment. Be careful not to damage the desiccant material during the cleaning process.
Reactivate the desiccant: Lithium battery desiccant dehumidifiers often come with a reactivation process to remove moisture absorbed by the desiccant. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for reactivating the desiccant. This typically involves heating the desiccant to a specific temperature or using a specific method, such as an oven or microwave. Ensure the reactivation temperature is within the recommended range specified by the manufacturer.
Reinstall the desiccant: Once the desiccant is clean and reactivated, carefully place it back into the dehumidifier according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure it is securely and correctly positioned.
Check the filters: Some lithium battery desiccant dehumidifiers have filters to trap dust and other particles. Check the filters regularly and clean or replace them as needed. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for filter maintenance.
Check for leaks or damages: Inspect the dehumidifier for any leaks, cracks, or damages that may affect its performance. If you notice any issues, contact the manufacturer for assistance or consider professional repair if necessary.
Regular maintenance schedule: Establish a regular maintenance schedule for your lithium battery desiccant dehumidifier. This may include cleaning the desiccant and filters, checking for any issues, and reactivating the desiccant periodically as recommended by the manufacturer.
Using waste heat from refrigeration process as low-temperature reactivation heat source.
By improving the structure of the rotor, a new type of dehumidification rotor is used to reduce the reactivation temperature, and stable reactivation can be guaranteed at 50~60℃.
