Principle Introduction:

The principle of RTO process recovery: RTO is a high-efficiency organic exhaust gas treatment equipment. Compared with the traditional catalytic combustion and direct-fired thermal oxidizer (TO), it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (≥ 95%), low operating cost, and the process of exhaust gas with low to middle concentration and large air volume, etc. When the concentration is slightly higher, it can also carry out secondary exhaust heat recovery, which greatly reduces production and operating costs. RTO is regenerative thermal oxidizer. The principle of RTO is to oxidize the organics( VOCs) in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water at high temperature, then the exhaust gas will be purified and the heat released during the decomposition of the exhaust gas will be recycling. The decomposition efficiency of 3 rooms RTO exhaust gas reaches over 99% and heat recovery efficiency reaches over 95%. According to the actual needs of customers, different heat recovery methods and switching valve methods can be selected.



Advantageous features

▶  RTO technology can process VOCs with different compositions and concentrations. It is insensitive to small amounts of dust and solid particles in the exhaust gas, and can be used to process almost all exhaust gas containing organic compounds.

▶  Organic precipitates can be cleaned and the heat accumulator can be replaced regularly, with a long device life, low maintenance workload, safe and reliable operation.

▶  Self-heating operation can be achieved without adding auxiliary fuel when the exhaust gas concentration is 2~3g/m³.

▶  The pressure loss of RTO unit will below 3000Pa even if the accumulator has different structure type and gas velocity.

▶  High purification rate, 3 rooms RTO can reach 99%, 2 rooms RTO can reach 95% to 98%. The highest purification efficiency among all thermal combustion purification methods are able to reach more than 95%.


Application industry:

Suitable for the exhaust gas treatment field with large air volume, middle concentration and recovery of no value. Widely used in the purification treatment of waste gas in chemical production workshops, automobile spray industry, shipbuilding and other industries.
